The environmental impact assessment of the 20,000-ton-per-year waterborne environmental protection coating intermediate project in Cologne was announced for the first time

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment No. 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment [2018], the following information is disclosed:

Project Name: Cologne project with an annual output of 20,000 tons of waterborne environmentally friendly coating intermediates

Construction site: No. 36, Wanhe 7th Road, aromatic hydrocarbon base, Hongwei District, Liaoyang City;

Construction scale and content: The project covers a total area of 3,500 square meters, and the total area of new workshops and supporting buildings is 6,100 square meters. Purchased and installed two production plants (10,000 tons/year hydroxy ester production plant, 10,000 tons/year polyether polyol production plant).

Nature of construction: renovation and expansion

Total investment: 29 million
